2. Drink WATER!

3. Cut back on salt.
No need to re salt something thats already salted and don't go over board. Salt raises blood pressure as well as causing bloating and dehydration. We need salt to live, but too much of a good thing can lead to health risks... Go figure!
4. The 30 rule.
If you're not motivated, exercise can be a bit of a chore. To keep things quick and fun, stick to the 30 rule. 30 seconds or 30 reps of each workout. You'll be surprised how quick the time will pass and how good you'll feel when you've completed it.
5. DANCE!
Close your bedroom door, plug your iPod in and just dance! Dancing keeps you happy and motivated, and is a great way to keep moving and get your heart pumping!
